Group lessons offer many benefits. Not only are various skills such as reading, writing and grammar, covered, but students also have the possibility to interact with other students who are also learning the language.
The number of students in a group lesson is between 2- 6. Students are grouped according to the content and language proficiency.
For students who don't find group lessons beneficial and prefer to study at their own pace, we offer the one-to-one, online or in-person, lessons. Private lessons are planned and tailored to the unique needs and learning style of the individual students. Moreover, the student will receive the teacher’s full attention for the entirety of their lesson.
Private lessons allow students to work at their own pace as opposed to following structure lesson plans of group lessons.
It's always more fun to learn a new language with friends or people you know.
We offer the possibility for students to form their own group with people they know enabling them to learn in a comfortable environment with classmates who pair best with them!

The personal statement (school application letter) is an integral part of the school application. It gives the student the opportunity to demonstrate to the school and/or university they wish to apply to, why they are the right choice, what motivations they have and their interest in the university subject and ultimately why they will be a great student.
Since this is the only part of the application portfolio, which is not based on academic test results or other's observations. It's the opportunity for the applicant to "stand out"

With Building Blocks Business English Courses, students will develop English skills, which are relevant and applicable to office and business situations. Students who have been taking Business English classes with us have gradually acquired the confidence necessary to succeed resulting in career progression and stronger, lasting business relationships.
Our Business English courses focuses on following areas:
- Presentation skills
- Communicating effectively during meetings
- Writing emails concisely
- interview skills
Since these are one-to-one courses, we will also focus on those areas which the students would like to focus on.
No time for coming to our centres, but prefer face -to -face instead of online lessons? Building Blocks also offers onsite lessons. Our teachers can go to students' homes or alternatively places such as cafés nearby for the convience of the student.

For students who prefer to attend classes from the comfort of their homes, we offer online lessons. This enables them to attend the lesson anywhere during normal timeslots.
All classes are available online via Zoom or Tianxin.
Lesson material can be provided online for printing at home or alternatively, for those who do not have the access to a printer, we can also provide the hard copies for pick up.
